I suspect the new issue will be a sell-out. The general unhappiness with recent Hard Rock chip desisions will probably reduce sales of new releases. It is possible that with the Limited Edition thing there will be some reigning in of runaway secondary market prices.

If Hard Rock continues to damage the secondary market sales of their chips that might in the very long run eventually hurt the new release sales, but that would take some time to get to that point.
