I would like to contact a collector who visits the Argosy Belle of Sioux City casino in Sioux City, Iowa on a regular basis, who could get me some EZPay vouchers from that casino. The Argosy annual report indicates they are using EZPay. I am looking for at least two vouchers of as low a face value as possible. A few more for traders would be nice. I have chips, tokens, slot cards to trade.
