I have a little insight on this re-issue.

The hard rock has had some trouble with its chip program in the last couple of months.
There hasn't been any chips issued since the Sammy chip, and the Who chip was canceled due to the travesty of the death of a band member.

I do agree that making more sets will lower the price of our sets a little, but at least warrick is doing the best he can to get the chip program up and running again.

We all collect and make a little money selling surplus chips we pick up, we shouldn’t bite the hard rock hand that feeds us. If we continue to, warrick might stop postings on this site and say the hell to all of us.
