I have been in the casino business for a while and have never heard of such nonsense. Most casinos would be more than happy to see their slot cards, chips, playing cards, dice etc... Out there with there logo exposed for advertisement.

I would never treat a guest (who in their lifetime can provide thousands of $ in income to a casino) like that for such a trivial matter.

I believe that this level of service and guest courtesy starts at the top and flows down to the front line employees. This type of service will kill a casino. And we all know by being collectors, that thousands of casinos have come and gone.
