In 1931 several California cardrooms lost their licenses for installing race wires to the Tijuana and New Orleans racetracks for off track betting. I am trying to find out who the vendors might have been. I know Benjamin Siegel was canvassing the state in "31 for subscriptions, but need to get a line on who the vendors were.. anyone remember?
