Hope to find out something early next week. Here is what I have came across so far.

The two on the bottom may actually be illegals. Bordertown Management have never seen them. They are the correct artwork but the say Broken Arrow casino on the flip side. Pretty good chance something shady was going on with them. The others were used at one time in a Blackjack Tournament. I was told nothing is in use now.
