My interpretation, having read and heard about this subject for the last year, is that the chips Gene is posting are those purchased by Dean Porter. He has filed a complaint with the club. The club board wants collaborating evidence and isn't willing to kick someone out of the club just on the accusation of one member. I'm sure someone will correct me if my interpretation is wrong
