Could be Gene, I am not familiar with the terms, but there were 2 different sources who used the term payout, so I have no idea. I do know that supposedly the casino pays the entire staff off the proceeds of the penny machines. That was in the local paper in an article about how much revenue is coming in from gambling in the province.
