You're just seeing the difference in the registration of the brown and black color layers, Larry. Look at where the skull and wheel intersect at the botton. It's much higher on the top scan where the horn seems to extend higher. In both pictures the horn is about "2 1/2 spokes long".

I don't think it different art in this case... just different registration in printing of the inlays. Also look at the placement of the black dollar sign with respect to the brown wheel.
