They offer a bonus, but in violation of EBays rules. If you offer a bonus in a Dutch Auction all winners must receive the same bonus, you can't just give the bonus to the High Bidder.

Then we are told that we May Want to use Proxy Bidding? (as though we could opt out). And of course if there are no bids before the last five minutes the auction will be cancelled because of all the sniping (which they call stealing).
