Don, your measurement will be a lot different if you place the left chip such that the "$2.50" is horizontal like the right one. With the chip cocked as it is the bottom point of the "W" adds to your measurement. Does it account for the 2mm difference--- I don't know but it does account for some of it. I don't have the software to do this kind of measuring. Just an observation.
