How about a round robin for illegal and unknown chips.

I'll start this off with 40 chips. First 12 participants can join in. Usual procedures, send Priority, insured for tracking, post when package goes out and to whom so they can be on the lookout. I'll include a full set of "rules" and the mailing labels. Chips should be in reasonable condition at the least.
