A Crest is not used on Palms cash value or NCV chips. The chips are business card and gift shop chips. Business card chips were a gift to me. Home game chips were a sample set, we were thinking of selling them in the gift shop.
The company that makes them (Atlantic Molding-pokerchips.com) is not licensed in NV.
IMO that does not mean the A Crest could not be used in NV. If a licensed NV gaming supply distributor bought them from the manufacturer and sold them to a NV casino, they could be used.
Maybe Jim Blanchard will see this and confirm my opinion.
