Tom, I wouldn't jump at the conclusion that the token is a fake/counterfeit. It might be a manufacturer's sample. I obtained one such "lead" looking Playboy token many years ago from a former A.C. Playboy Casino cage manager. I didn't question him at the time as to the origin of the token--and now he has faded off into the sunset so I can't quiz him about the token. It might be a sample.
