Without knowing the type manufacture... and from what's seen in Victor's scan, the chips were a stock item by more than one distributor up to at least three years ago (and probably still a stock item). The chips in Victor's post (and the same exact color: orange; 3-Ring; Item #JH105 - John Huxley)) were used and cataloged as "Standard American non-value Wheel Checks for Roulette." Where exactly they were used as roulettes is unknown, of course.... but they certainly were used as Roulette chips in major casinos the world over.
