Despite what seems to be Bill's bad experience with Dean, useful information should be appreciated and is helpful to have at your disposal.

Personally, I have had good purchasing experiences with Dean and several not so good!!! Dean has always made it right with me, if the transaction was not satisfactory & that's OK, too
CCGTCC member, or not, helpful, non self-servicing info for the collector should always be welcomed on a BB
