I WISH I had found it! The gentleman who E-Mailed me about the chip told me the following when I asked where he found it.

"My wife had some old chips in a grocery bag in the closet which had been given to her many years ago. We were cleaning out the closet and came across them and thought it would be fun to see if they had any value"
