Ebay Support replied that this meets the requirements for the removal of the neg feedback. Primarily due to the language he used. It is under final review and I will know out come in about 10 days. All this for $2.94.
BUT IT IS THE PRICIPLE!!
I guess it pays to stop whinning and do something about it. Hope I saved some potential customer from grief in the future.
