Theres a gazillion free banner sites on the web. Just do a search for "Free website banners. I have used a few different ones and now have quite a collection of various banners.
The same for where ive gotten many of the cute animated gifs that i had on a few months ago. For those; just to a search for "free webpage graphics" or "free animated gifs"
