have you asked the seller if he would send to USA?
I asked many sellers if they will send to Germnay even when they wrote in the auction they will not. And everytime time they did!
Ask him, maybe he will do.

But there will be high shipping fees! I ordered the TCR some weeks ago from the USA. Shipping was $20.
