Sad, indeed. I am no stranger to drug abuse. I have a loved one who struggled with it for several years, causing much heartache for all who love him.

He is clean now, but there are some bridges burned, and he will have to overcome that.

Sad, yes. Those were wasted years. But nearly so sad as someone sacrificing his life to a white powder. I don't like his music, and I don't like his lifestyle. But I mourn the tragedy of a human life lost to his own excesses.
