Mike's chips should not change the market unless he wants to unload them quickly. These chips have been on the market for years. Borland had most of them. He had over 300,000 Silver Bird's alone. Jerry Wall tried to corner the market on any chips in quantity that turned up. Borland sold him many boxes but mostly chips that Borland had plenty more of. Wall though that he was getting everything and when he found out that Bill was holding back, he sued him and got the store plus everything in it.
Wall got into bad health and sold the chips to a group which sold them through Gamblers General Store. Mike recently bought all except what was in Bill Akeman's personal collection.
I don't think there will be a major price break because there are not large supplies of the real scarce chips and the prices are already low on the chips that are in large quantities. We have a pretty good idea of what is out there and will keep a close watch in the future (with the help of all of you guys and this great bullitan board.)
