Travis is correct, again. I found a large batch of the Red and Black chips a few years ago and they are spread out among the club. I have one or two left. This is what was on the card for the red, black, brown & lavender chips:
Shipped to J. DeAm (sounds like an alias)
5707 Collinsville Rd.
E. St. Louis, IL
1941

Lavender, brown & yellow chips of the same hot-stamp & mold were shipped to:
Pat Koester
Evansville, IN
1942

The Eastman and other listings attributing the chips to L.A., CA were just speculation. None of the HARP mold chips were made for L.A., CA.
