Well Debbie; your post would indicate to me that SOMEBODY is talking to Bill Akeman.

Do you think it would be too much trouble to ask Bill if he would agree to relinquish HIS logo design rights (in writing) for the exclusive use of CC & GTCC?

Should Bill choose NOT to give up HIS rights to the artwork, then the club should immediately seek to commission someone to draft a new club logo ... (Kevin Norris comes immediately to mind) or perhaps open a competition for club members to submit new club logo artwork entries (which becomes property of the club) to be voted upon by the membership and let's put this issue to rest permanently.
