There isn't any cost involved in setting up a t-shirt, mug, hat, etc. The folks at CafeShops.com have that built into the price of the items they sell.
I've found that large format scans work best. If you have something you would like me to use, either mail me a large scan or park it somewhere on the internet and give me the address.
