Sounds like you are describing our binders. To date we have sold over 3,600 of them and 1,400 were sold prior to us buying the manufacturing and distribution rights. It's rare but we have run across defective pages before. As we are assembling the binders we do check to make sure that the binder and pages are defective-free however with any product defective units do slip by even the most stringent quality control measures.

I am sending you out ten additional pages free of charge. If you are still unhappy with it we will buy the binder back from you.

We firmly believe that our binders are the most economical way to house 200 chips on the market today. You don't need flips and when you turn your binder the wrong way the top row of flips of every page won't fall to the floor. 5,000 binders are out there holding chips as I write this. Due to the number of repeat orders I think it's safe to say that the majority of our binder owners are very pleased with them.
