I respectfully defer to your lawyerly advice Jim. Will you be making that recommendation to the elected Board? Do you believe that the club's legal advisor, Eric Rosenblum, shares that opinion?

If so, then we are back to square one .... is it your legal opinion that permission should not have been granted for use of the club logo to ANY private individual for a privately conducted for-profit event not sponsored or endorsed by CC & GTCC or one of its Chapters?
