While reading my post again there are a couple points that I forgot. First, I, overall, think the best chips are those that deal with the culture, environment and history of the location where they are released. Las Vegas for example lends itself to Showgirls, Neon Lights, The Rat Pack, The Rodeo, The old hotels and casinos and the rebuilding of the city... Second, my previous post addresses issues that, some may have guessed, have led me to stop collecting Trop and 4Q chips unless they are significant in meaning or artistic design.
