The reason is called -- Law Suit.

You see much happens in this hobby that is seen but can not be proven. Dishonest people make sure there is NEVER more than one individual who becomes aware of what took place.

I have been sued more than once over trying to help people. It is not fun!!! Now maybe you have a better understanding.
