I think the issue of whether we would have attendence on an extra w/o the bourse should not be confused with would everybody who would like to be there be able to go.

As it stands now the convention is just slowly creeping into the extra day. We say the convention starts on Thursday, but Wednesday we have Trade sessions and the Banquet and it feels like I spent the whole day there. Unofficial events begin to pop up as Greg's gathering at the Hard Rock was well attended on Tuesday. I imagine it will not be long before Tuesday and Wedneday have many other events (even if unofficial).

Sometimes we can't attend everything, thats life. Because we are still a relatively small club, we still feel like we should all be able to attend everything. As we grow those days are going to disappear and we will have to prioritize.

My suggestion does have some issues -- such as added cost to the club, finding additional volunteers, and figuring out where the Dealer-set-up works into the whole thing. But as it stands now we should at least abandon the fiction that the convention starts on Thursday.
