Nice chips. I'm not sure that I understand the high price? Why not put it up and see what the market decides? There is risk involved for one chip.
I know the feeling when I put up a chip that I'm convinced should bring $50 and start it at $25 and get no bids. (hypothetical, but the concept is accurate) Meanwhile I put up a chip at $5.60, or face plus shipping and they will almost always bring a good fair price for both buyer and seller.
The risk part, is that someone may "steal" it from me for face. Guess what, it tells me that if I think the chip is worth more, I can sit on it, and wait or learn to adjust my personal valuation. I'm sitting on a bunch of chips. (ouch!) While I'm selling others at whatever the market will support.
So I just have to start them low and see what happens. It isn't as if getting my money back on a $5 chip is going to break me or make someone else rich.
