I have contacted Discover-- and just wrote a lenghty email to Paypal, objecting to their 30-day "drop-dead" limit on pursuing fraud. I even mentioned some of the reactions I've gotten from fellow chip-collectors. I'm hoping I don't get a boiler-plate response. I'll let the board know what happens from each of them.

(By the way--I enjoyed your article on the Sammy Hagar chips. I'm wondering just what the HRC will change in their chip-release policies as a result of what they've learned.)
