I remember how I found out about the club in the first place was someone (I don't remember who, but thank you) added their member no. to their email. Every corespondance and email I have with anyone that collects anything I always add my member number to hopefully strike up some interest and I think that is all this is trying to do. Go for it, you followed procedure and shouldn't let the naysayers slow you down.
