Don't have the exact website for you but do a search on the net under "internet fraud". I believe there is a website that will show up under Uncle Sam, perhaps through the FTC, don't remember as it's been awhile but I do know there is a site where you can file online fraud complaints to one of the Federal Regulatory Agencies. You have nothing else to loose except a bit of web searching time. Good luck.......
