You may not be able to get your money from Pay Pal because of their time limit, try reporting the problem to Postal Inspectors. I had a situation a couple of years ago and it tooks six months to get my money back, but I did get it back. It is mail fraud, even if you used the internet for the whole transaction. Try it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
