DEFINITION PROBLEM
In Response To: Obsolete Chip??? ()

Andy's right in two respects: 1) Archie will provide further infor and 2) the Club definition is accurately set forth. However, some casinos replace a rack but hold onto the old rack and may later return it to play. Once off the tables it can be considered obsolete but if it comes back into use, people who paid for an obsolete chip will find the chip has immediately lost value.
