I did a quick phone interview today with Hard Rock President Don Marrandino for the CityLife story I was writing on the Hagar Chip, which many people here helped me with. (Yes, I know that story's old news to chip collectors, but my editors found a quirky story about a chip that went from $25 to $1500 in a few weeks interesting to the general public who aren't very aware of the chip collecting hobby.) ANyway, when I wrapped it up, Don mentioned to me that the next Hard Rock LE would be Who chips, which will be scheduled for release when (and if) the Hard Rock reschedules the Who to perform. I asked if they would be the same chips that were due out before, and he said no decision has been made. HE then asked someone in his office if they have any other LEs in the pipeline, and the person responded "no," to which Don said they should probably start thinkig about that.

Not big news, but Don obviously wanted to get the word out if he took the time to mention it to a reporter, and since it doesn't relate to my story, I thought I'd pass it along.
