I started collecting coins on Ebay first...then chips. So I had some feedback entering into this hobby.

But there is a possibility of chasing someone from this hobby if you make it too difficult on him or her. If it weren't for Ebay, I probably would have never started collecting chips.

I think all bidders should be given a chance.
I would be more cautious with a seller that has zero feedback than a bidder.
