When you started on ebay How Many feedback's did you have? Right ..(0) . This is what I do, If they are high bidder, and Don't pay or follow through, You can put in for a credit for your fees, and then Block them from bidding. I've had many people with high feedbacks stiff me
Just my opinion, but you may be eliminating many future bidders
Sometimes you have to give people a chance.
