I've had this chip for a while. The scans show the front & back, and a closeup of the coin (actually, a token?) encased in the center. The chip is clay, approx. 47mm diameter. The coin/token is metal (silver?), approx. 14mm diameter.

My Spanish is rusty, but I think the word mar is Spanish for sea. Any help to ID this chip is very much appreciated.
