A few months ago I had a sheet of stamps that I sold on . It was stated in the auction "Will Ship To The United States Only". I forget what I charged for S&H { it wasn't much }. It turned out the winning bid was from Sweden. So I took it to the P.O. to find out much to ship. It ended up being a little more that what was stated in the auction. I e-mailed the guy and told him what the extra shipping was { in a nice way } and he said he understood and paid the exact amount. Also this morning I mailed a chip out to Pedro who lives in Peru and it only cost .80 cents. When the guy in Sweden received the stamps he posted a very nice "positive "feedback on me. If you want send a nice e-mail and explain that your S&H charges where for the US only. I think it'll work out fine.
