When you sign up for the Marathon you know that there is an end to it and therefore you have some idea of what is required.

If you make your goal collecting every LE produced by a casino that is still open and producing chips, you have voluntarily selected a goal which you knew you might never attain because you don't know what will be involved in completing it.

If it is your goal . . . Good for you . . . But don't complain that the rules have changed, because you you choose a goal with no set rules.
