We should first find out if Todd is responsible for this FIRST before he is strung up. Thank you Bob for reminding people that one is still innocent until proven guilty.

I would recommend that the AC chapter draft a letter as well as attempt a person to person meeting with the each of the "Great Powers" at the casinos.

The CC/GTCC must also do the same thing. EAch and every casino in the USA should be contacted and the "Official Position Papers) should be given to each and every casino. This practice of low chip releases does NOBODY in the hobby any good (with the exception of those that get the chip and resell it). We as collectors MUST make ourselves heard. We have now seen this too many times. Its no longer an isolated event. Our outrage must be heard. However, I strongly feel this needs to be done with diplomacy. I think this should be the subject of detailed discussions,thorogh review of related histories, and logical recommendations.

I would like to make one point thought concerning some of the negatives coming out related to those that were able to aquire the chips and will be selling them for profit.

I wouldnt expect anyone to sell it for anything other then profit. Those that got a hold of a few...well they were lucky. Right time...right place. Its not their fault the release was only 100. Would you expect them to say Hey..I know this chip is worth a gazillion dollars now...but Im going to just sell them for face? Of course not.

The only ones that I have condemnation for are the ones responsible. There may very well be a conspiricy here as well. Would it be far fetched that were prior discussions and deliberate actions by a number of people with deliberate and premeditated intent, fully aware of the end results of their actions? I say absolutely. I could very well be wrong here. I just want to play devils advocate.

Again....let me sate for the record. Its up to us as an organization to make our voices be heard and utilize the power of our numbers to try to prevent future low chip releases.
