You forgot to point out that Todd Moyer is the one who started the low runs a few years ago when he was at the Tropicana with the $25 chips. Only 100 made which he carried over to the Hard Rock Cinco de Mayo $25 & then on to the Palace Station. Andy - Las Vegas
