I think what you saw several weeks ago on this board was the mention of the little electric cars that they rent at various locations on the Strip. They don't appear to be very safe (no doors), just a seat-belt to hold you in, and a "roll-bar" front and rear to hold the "top" on. They run about $20 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. Used primarily by the younger crowd to drive up and down the Strip, zipping in and out of traffic.
