I was finally able to get a chip I've been after for quite some time now. It completes, to the best of my knowledge, all the TRUE table $25 chips from Caesars Palace. The question I have for the TCR authors is this. From all I've been able to find out about this chip is that it is only known in this 'notched' condition yet it is listed in TCR as a "Z3" in "VGD" condition. The questions are:
Does it exist in un-notched condition is someone's collection and have one of you seen it?
What 'value code' would be placed on it in this condition?
