I'll let you know. Actually, the release date is the key and not the date on the chip. For example, the chips you show, if not released in 2001 and instead first showed up in 2002 are eligible for the 2002 COTY. Another example, the 2002 dated Palms $1 chips with the Ace and King logo are not eligible, as they were released in 2001, IF MEMORY SERVES ME CORRECTLY!
