NCV chips go through the same process as $ chips and must comply to the same gaming regs.
Play days chips do not.
I am not saying they are play days chips only a possibility. It would be a simple thing to prove. There must be a lot of employees still working there that would have opened the casino.
And
Purchasing would have the order for them.
GGS would have a record of sale.
Until I saw some proof, I remain doubtful.
