Here's what Bennie says, and he says he works at HRH, and has seen these?
"Hi Pete,
As you know I work at the Rock. I have personally seen these old NCV's not many hanging around in storage. It was my understanding they were used in a very early and last minute tournament. This seller may have made replicas for their own gain however they maybe an ex-employee who grabbed a handful on the way out the door.
Bennie"
Does this mean they are real, used in a tournament, or at least made to look like the real chips mentioned above, or is just a fake and Bennie saw some at the casino?
It just doesn't seem it can be both ways. Either the casino had these made (or something that looked like it) or they didn't have them made. Which is it?
Do NCV chips need to meet all the guidelines for chips, would they appear in the list? Last minute tournament? How does someone get chips approved that fast and made at the last minute?
Something is wrong here!
