At the last NY Metro chapter meeting, a newbie made this same suggestion. I posed it on this board a couple of months ago. Quickly came to the conclusion that no matter how reasonable it may seem to do this, because of the business practices of the slabbing companies, it does not make any sense to give them an entrance to our hobby. So, good idea, but no practical way to get it done. As soon as the slabbing companies established themselves for a supposed "legitimate" prupose, they would immediate return to what they are known for ... raping the hobby.
